The most useful

voice in the room

is often the one

that has already been in yours

I have spent over a decade in classrooms and workshop rooms, and the moments I remember most are never the lectures. They are the conversations that happened after. The student who stayed behind with the question they were afraid to ask in front of everyone. The professional who sent a message months after a workshop to say that something we discussed had changed the direction of a project. The career changer who needed someone to tell them, clearly and honestly, that they were ready.

Those conversations are what this page is for.

One on one work is different from everything else I do. There is no curriculum to follow, no group dynamic to manage, no fixed destination. There is just you, where you are right now, and where you want to get to. My job is to help you close that distance, as honestly, practically, and as efficiently as I can.

Who this is for

A man standing and smiling at a group of people seated at a long table in a modern conference room. The table has laptops, food, drinks, and notebooks. The room has a two-story structure with stairs, large windows, and a large screen on the wall.

Two ways to work together, depending on where you are and what you need.

The student or recent graduate, finding your footing in a field that moves fast.

You have finished, or are close to finishing, a design degree or course. You have a portfolio. You have skills. But the gap between being a student and being a professional feels wider than anyone warned you it would be. You are not sure how to present your work. You do not know how to talk about your process in an interview. You are applying for roles but not hearing back, and you're not sure why. This is one of the most disorienting moments in a designer's career and one of the most fixable. In a handful of focused sessions, we can look at your portfolio with the same eye an experienced hiring manager would, identify what is working and what is not, and build a clearer, more confident version of the story you are telling about yourself and your work.

What we might work on together: Portfolio review and positioning · Interview preparation · Understanding what employers actually look for · Building a personal creative direction · Navigating your first months in a professional design role

The mid-career professional, Levelling up when good is no longer enough

You have been working in design or alongside design for several years. You are good at what you do. But you have hit a ceiling that feels less like a wall and more like a fog. You are not sure whether the next step is a senior role, a specialisation, a pivot, or something you have not named yet. You might be a designer who wants to move into design leadership. A UX practitioner who wants to go deeper into strategy. A creative who wants to understand the business side of the work more fluently. A professional in an adjacent field, product, marketing, or development, who works with designers every day and wants to close the gap in their own design thinking. Whatever the specific shape of it, you have outgrown where you are, and you need a thinking partner, not a course.

What we might work on together: Career direction and next steps · Developing a design leadership voice · Strengthening your strategic and systems thinking · Portfolio evolution for senior roles · Navigating difficult professional situations and relationships · Building confidence in high-stakes design conversations

The career changer. Starting over is not starting from zero.

You are coming from somewhere else. Finance, law, architecture, teaching, marketing, psychology, it does not matter. What matters is that you have decided, with more conviction than you expected to feel, that design is where you want to be. You are probably further along than you think. The skills you built in your previous career, analytical thinking, client communication, project management, and understanding people and systems, are not liabilities in design. There are advantages. What you need is someone to help you see them that way, and to build the specific design foundations that will make them legible to the people hiring you. I have guided more career changers than I can count through this transition, in my professional course, in workshops, and in one-on-one work. The path is real. It takes honesty, patience, and the right kind of support. That is what I offer here.

What we might work on together: Understanding the design landscape and where you fit · Building a portfolio with no prior design work · Identifying transferable skills and how to present them · Choosing the right educational path · Setting a realistic and motivating timeline for transition.

The Single Session | 120€

Sometimes you do not need an ongoing relationship. You need one focused, honest conversation with someone who will tell you what they actually think, not what you want to hear.

A single session is 45 minutes via video call. We spend the time however you need it most: reviewing your portfolio, mapping a career decision, preparing for an interview, working through a specific professional challenge, or simply getting an experienced outside perspective on something you have been too close to for too long.

Come with a question. Leave with a direction.

Calls are available in both Greek and English.

The Mentorship Engagement | Pricing on request

Some things cannot be resolved in an hour. Building a portfolio from scratch. Navigating a career transition. Developing a design leadership voice. Preparing for a senior role over several months. These require a different kind of commitment from you and from me.

A mentorship engagement is a structured, ongoing relationship typically spanning three to six months. We meet regularly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on what suits your pace and goals, and work toward a set of specific outcomes that we define together at the start. This is not coaching in the generic sense. It is specific, design-industry-focused mentorship from someone who has built curricula, led design teams, run workshops for C-level executives, and supervised more than a hundred designers through some version of the journey you are on. I bring all of that into the room with you, as directly and usefully as I can.

Calls are available in both Greek and English.
